Eutopians in the middle. Our proposed methodology for translating knowledge into use.
This is the second working paper that Eutopia publishes on its methodological work. The first described HOP, the methodology we built for cultural heritage. This one steps back to describe the construction method we used to build HOP, used again for WWM, and are currently using for THE SOURCE.
Three projects in three different specialist domains. One underlying architecture.
The paper is written for directors of organisations that hold specialist knowledge and want to make it travel, for funders who work on knowledge translation, and for researchers and methodologists who may find in our work something useful for theirs.
It does one thing: it describes how we build methodologies of translation, and shows how that construction method has produced two complete methodologies and is currently producing a third.

Questo è il secondo working paper che Eutopia pubblica sul proprio lavoro metodologico. Il primo descriveva HOP, la metodologia che abbiamo costruito per il patrimonio culturale. Questo fa un passo indietro per descrivere il metodo di costruzione che abbiamo impiegato per sviluppare HOP, riutilizzato per WWM, e che stiamo attualmente utilizzando per The Source.
Tre progetti in tre diversi domini specialistici. Un’unica architettura di base.
Il documento è scritto per i direttori di organizzazioni che detengono conoscenze specialistiche e desiderano farle circolare, per i finanziatori che si occupano di trasferimento della conoscenza e per ricercatori e metodologi che potrebbero trovare nel nostro lavoro elementi utili per il proprio.
Fa una cosa sola: descrive come costruiamo le metodologie di traduzione e mostra come quel metodo di costruzione abbia prodotto due metodologie complete e ne stia attualmente producendo una terza.
